Any firm, company & organization should be at least two years in operation and should have turnover of minimum of Rs. One million or concluded five transactions in one fiscal year.
However, this provision will not apply for those organizations which have proven record of convincing business dealings that show potential for future growth and development of national economy.
Any firm, company or organization which have been registered with the Government of Nepal and have industrial, commercial and economic transaction with Germany are eligible to receive ordinary membership of NGCCI.
Any German organization registered in Nepal can also acquire the ordinary membership of the Chamber.
Any industrial and commercial agency of German Nationality or any agency representing industrial and commercial firm of Germany can acquire Co-Membership.

(d) brochure or documents of company’s activities if any.
