The General Assembly is the highest policy making body of NGCCI. All the members are represented at the Assembly. Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NGCCI takes place every year and the 15th AGM of NGCCI was successfully concluded on March 16, 2007.
Every three years the General Assembly elects President and 11 Executive Members. The Executive Committee consists of 17 Members in total, President (1), Immediate Past President (1), Elected Members (11), Nominated Members by the President (2) and Nominated Members by the Executive Committee (2). There are numbers of Working Committees related to trade, industry, planning, publicity and NGCCI services & programs comprising General Members headed by Executive Members.

The Chamber runs its own Central Office-Secretariat headed by the Chief Executive Officer with team of qualified staff. All staff members work full time to execute and coordinate plans and programs of the Chamber. The Secretariat is equipped with modern amenities and has an up-to-date related information and documentation cell to disseminate information to the business community and prospective investors in Nepal and Germany.
